An eighth share of the running costs

The yearly contribution to the operating costs is budgeted to be £37,000 which covers:

• Maintenance of ownership structure
• Statutory charges (tonnage tax, renewal of registration certificates, cruising permit, safety certificates etc.)
• Yearly haul-out, antifouling etc.
• Yacht insurances (yacht, Protection & Indemnity (P&I), crew welfare and legal costs)
• Mooring fees at home port (Port Adriano, Mallorca)
• Salary and related expenses for qualified captain (uniform, training, travel etc.)
• Turn-around service
• Communication
• Scheduled/daily service and maintenance of yacht and equipment
• Frequent minor repairs and/or replacement due to normal tear/wear/handling.
• Yacht management fee @15% + IVA
